Abstract
Nippon Paper Industries Co.. Ltd. Iwakuni Mill started up the high temperature and pressure recovery boiler having a reaction furnace of KP black liquor of 2700 T D capacity as dry solid basis in 1997. This boiler is the largest recoveryboiler in the world generating high temperature and pressure steam (10.3 MPa. 505 °C).This paper presents operation experience and running data after commercial operations of high temperature and pressure recovery boiler.
