Abstract
Dental clinic include dental pulp disease, dental, orthodontic repair and others. This work is precise and meticulous.And the course of treatment and follow-up time is longer, the number of patients is much more. Patients need spend much time to wait,and need pay for high cost of this. Patients would inevitably have negative emotions, under the influence of many factors. The doctors and nurses could use mental nursing to establish a good relationship between doctors and patients, and create a harmonious medical environment. So that could reduce unnecessary disputes between doctors and patients.And the patients would be satisfied with the medical service.The article analysed the psychological characteristics of outpatients,and explored the corresponding nursing measures.
