Abstract

The article analyzes the content and structure of the reviewed monograph. The idea of creating such a scientific field as legal science is supported; the author's critical statements about the state of domestic legal science are evaluated. A point of view is shared regarding the prospects of the proposed new methodologies and criticism of dialectics. Considering the internal values offered in the book, the author pays special attention to the principles of law, their concept and competition. Scientists see promising ideas related to the use of metaphors in legal science and legislation. The provisions formulated in the monograph on the overabundance of legal regulators are highly appreciated.
