Abstract
Summary A patient diagnosed as myoclonus epilepsy and in the initial stage of progressive familial myoclonia of Unveriedt was electroencephalogyaphically studied and subjected later to statistical analysis. While the frontal region showed the highest; abnormality electrically, in electroencephalohraphic aspect series of uniform at appearance of the clusterg in the bursts of spikeformed waves combined with myoclonical movements in clinical side made up specific feature of this disease. This item interpreted in noso1ogic;il sense and in light of the changes in the records in untouched course of the patient arid under medication, the disease represent a variation of genuine epilepsy. There is a study of familial hereditary relationship through records o f the brother, another myoclonus epilepsy case, the mother and the grandfather of maternal side.
