Background and Aims: Background: Diffuse coronary artery atherosclerosis is known to be a predictor of worse outcomes after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) with standard approach. Severe diffuse coronary artery disease (CAD) is not amenable to revascularization without adjunct techniques (coronary endarterectomy or patch angioplasty).
