Abstract

Myocardial infarction in the absence of obstructive coronary artery (MINOCA) disease is a new entity that differs from Acute MI which has an obstructive lesion that requires immediate revascularization. In 2018, 130 patients diagnosed with Acute Myocardial Infarction underwent angiography in our center and 6 patients were found to fulfill the criteria of MINOCA.
