Abstract

Tachycardia, arrhythmia, and conduction disturbance are well known cardiac complications in patients surviving injuries that are caused by electrical current. Only one report, by Lewin et al., has described the echocardiographic abnormality after the electrical injury. We describe the unusual echocardiographic findings and clinical course of a patient who developed myocardial infarction after an electrical injury
