Abstract

The article describes the features of the state of central hemodynamics and myocardial contractility in patients with vibration disease of various forms and severity using an echocardio graphic study based at the Department of Occupational Pathology, the regional center of occupa tional pathology Samara City Hospital No. 5. It has been established that patients with vibration disease are characterized by the formation of a phase syndrome of myocardial hyperdynamia and a hyperkinetic variant of central hemodynamics, while hemodynamic changes depend on the form of vibration disease, its severity, and the length of work with exposure to vibration.
