Abstract
Abstract The coronary sinus collects coronary blood flow back to the right atrium. Myocardial dysfunction might occur after the obstruction of coronary sinus, however, there is no relevant report. In this article, myocardial congestion secondary to iatrogenic obstruction of the coronary sinus was reported in a patient with coronary artery fistulae. Further research is required to investigate the mechanisms.
