Abstract

Myocardial bridging is a rare congenital coronary anomaly with an incidence varying from 0.5 to 2.5% in angiographic series. It is most commonly seen in left anterior descending coronary and very rarely in left circumflex coronary artery. Clinically it may be silent with no manifestations but may cause significant ischemia. Management includes medical therapy or intervention either percutaneous or surgical.
