Abstract

Excellent myoblast (C2C12) differentiation on graphene oxide nanoplatelets (GO)-poly (ε-caprolactone, PCL) composite scaffold meshes, prepared by electrospinning method, has been reported. Protein expression and IGF-1 cell signaling pathway analysis, for myoblast differentiation, on these meshes have also been carried out. All these results demonstrated high potential of the GO-PCL composite scaffold for the next generation skeletal muscle tissue regeneration.
