Abstract

Objective To investigate the changes of female reproductive tract mycoplasma infection and drug resistance, to provide the latest epidemiological information and direction. Methods Application of antimicrobial susceptibility reagent method wattle cultivation to test the Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh),and analysed the antimicrobial susceptibility test results of 11 kinds of antibacterial drugs. Results There were 1035 cases of mycoplasma infection always positive in 2405 patients who were suspected non-gonococcal infection, positive rate was 43.04%. And Uu masculine gender was 836 cases (34.76%),Mh masculine gender was 43 cases (1.79%),Uu + Mh mixed infection was 156 cases (6.49%). The positive rate of mycoplasma training between 21 to 40 years was 46.23%, obviously higher than other ages patients (P<0.05). Antimicrobial susceptibility test results show that, mycoplasma had a high sensitive in josamycin, mincycline, doxycycline (each was 99.22%,98.16%,97.68%), the most resistance was the ciprofloxacin (64.06%). Conclusions There had a high infection rate of Uu in female NGU, especially in 21 to 40 years. Clinical could reasonable use of antibiotics according to antimicrobial susceptibility test results in treatment of mycoplasma infection, to reduce drug-resistant strains. Key words: Non-gonococcal infection; Mycoplasma; Antibacterial drugs; Microbial sensitivity test
