Abstract

(0,4 to 0,4; p1⁄40.027), sCD25 (93,5 to 7,5; p1⁄40.002) and TNFalpha (12 to 8,7; p1⁄40.003) after treatment persisted elevated. Conclusion: In this study we showed higher levels of IL-6, IL-10, TNF-alpha and sCD25 in cHL patients at diagnosis than in healthy control, after treatment levels of IL-6, IL-10 and sCD25 decreased gradually but did not normalized. Understanding the cytokine pattern is extremely important in the development of future therapies that target interaction between neoplastic cells and the inflammatory microenvironment.
