Abstract

Summary.With its wealth of plant diversity, Myanmar is one of the most botanically fascinating countries in the world. Despite over two decades of collecting since the 2000s by world botanists, Myanmar still shows a low specimen collection density. Much more fundamental inventories are required to comprehend the whole flora and its conservation. This part of Curtis's Botanical Magazine introduces seven species of Myanmar flowering plants, most of which are endemic to Myanmar and recently described.
