Abstract
Research Article| February 01 2019 My Wife’s Sandwich Emily W. Blacker Emily W. Blacker Emily W. Blacker’s writing has appeared in Assay and Under the Gum Tree; she received honorable mention from Glimmer Train, was a finalist in Fourth Genre’s Steinberg essay contest, and was nominated for the AWP Intro Journals Project. In 2018, she graduated from the MFA in Writing program at Vermont College of Fine Arts. She lives in New York City where she works as an English tutor/learning specialist and runs the Figure Eight Writer’s Workshop. She is currently working on an essay collection.
