Abstract

A shift of ferroelectric (T C ) and magnetic (T N ) phase transitions in the (x)PbZr 0.53 Ti 0.47 O 3 -(1-x)Mn 0.4 Zn 0.6 Fe 2 O 4 (PZT-MZF) particulate ceramic composite depending on a volume ratio of the MZF ferrite and the PZT ferroelectric, respectively, has been studied. It is established that one reason for the T C and T N shifts is a mutual doping of the ferroelectric and magnetic phases as a result of high-temperature solid-state sintering of the PZT-MZF powders.
