Abstract

The article is devoted to the cultural contacts between the Russian and Chinese traditions of the first half of the 20th century from the perspective of pedagogical hermeneutics, which contributes to understanding the mechanisms of mastering the chamber and vocal works of Russian composers in higher educational institutions of China as cultural texts capable of influencing students’ personalities and thereby determining the strategies of “understanding” education.
