Museum studies in modern cultural studies

Abstract

This research is based on the current trend in the development of Museum studies in the field of cultural studies. Understanding the Museum as one of the subsystems of culture allowed us to identify the following aspects for the study of preventive conservation: considering it as a part of museology and at the same time as a system that has its own structure and functional connections between its components, as well as considering it from an interdisciplinary perspective.
