Methods

The study characterized to be observational and cross-sectional. The data were acquired of a video and analyzed by the software SPSS for Windows, version 22.0. Results: The median of the effort time was 4”59”’, the median of the normal pause time was 23”12’’’ and the median of the exceptional pause time was 71”74”’. The ratio of the effort time was 1 minute to each 4,5 minutes of the pause time. Before the tactical change of the athlete Muserskiy, the ratio was 1:5,2 minutes and after this tactical change this ratio will be 1:4,7 minutes
