The use of d-tubocurarine chloride is fraught with danger, because almost complete curarization is required for the control of muscle spasms. Also, the effects are transitory and unpredictable, and severe respiratory depression and tracheal obstruction are at times unavoidable.1With the advent of 3 orthotoloxy-1, 2-propanediol (Mephenesin), favorable reports...Bibliography1.
