Abstract

Abstract We have developed a new method named MUSASHI to determine the 90° 1H pulse width in 1H-NMR in an automated fashion using a nonlinear least square curve fitting algorithm. This method is very robust and provides an efficient mechanism for automatic pulse width calibration of spectrometers especially in the field of structural genomics by NMR.
