Abstract
A precise understanding of the muon reconstruction and identification efficiency becomes of increasing importance the more muons are present in the final state under consideration since the event yield scales with the efficiency to the power of the number of muons to be identified. The measurement of the muon reconstruction and identification efficiency is discussed in this chapter.
