The right of members of the transgender community to determine their multiple self-identified genders is also upheld and their gender identities, such as "male, female and third gender", are legally recognized by the central government accordingly. In this form, two stories narrating Thirunangai and his life are voiced through these characters. In both these works, both Ramesh and Gomti are third gender characters who expect only one thing from others, that others should accept and love them. For some reason, this world refuses to give it. The mental state, pain, suffering and desire of both of them to live as normal human beings in society has been presented.
