Abstract
Abstract The present work describes an electroanalytical method based on adsorptive preconcentration of metoclopramide (MCP) onto mercury-film-modified carbon nanotube paste electrode followed by anodic stripping measures. The method presented a good linear range from 2.0 up 100 µmol L−1 (r = 0.998) and a limit of detection of 0.51 µmol L−1. The determination of MCP was successfully carried out in solid and liquid pharmaceutical formulations, as well as in urine samples without intense sample treatment.
