Abstract

This study aimed  to determine the Effect of Village Fund Allocation on Community Welfare and Community Empowerment. This study used  primary data collected usin direct distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study consisted of village officials and the community in Mekarbuana Village with a sample of 98 respondents. Statistical analysis used in this study was  Multivariate Analysis or MANOVA. The function of MANOVA in this study was  to determine the partial effect of village fund allocation on community welfare and on community empowerment. This study also aimed  to determine the simultaneous effect of village fund allocation on community welfare and community empowerment. The results showed that partially the allocation of village funds had no effect on community welfare and community empowerment and the  simultaneous allocation of village funds had no effect on community welfare and community empowerment.
