Abstract

As one of the effective technical means to improve the efficiency of integrated energy utilization and solve environmental problems, the micro energy grid (MEG) has received more and more attention. Considering the operating characteristics of various devices in the MEG and demand response simultaneously, a multi-time scale MEG energy management model based on model predictive control is established. The optimization model aims at minimizing the operating cost of the MEG. The energy management strategy coordinates and controls the energy of the MEG from two time scales, which takes the day-ahead dispatch plan as the reference, and then optimizes the output status and output of each device based on the daily renewable energy and actual loads. Finally, an actual MEG is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm. The proposed model can effectively deal with the impact of system uncertainty on system economic dispatch, and ensures the MEG achieve its economic and safe operation.
