Abstract
Considering the influence of non-parametric spectral estimation method on MIMO (multiple-input multiple-output) Sonar in the situation of multi-target location, the MIMO sonar model with transceiver is established. Through the comparative analysis of target location accuracy and range estimation precision using Capon and APES, the MIMO sonar target positioning method SCAML (Sonar CAML) based on CAML technology is proposed. This method can provide more accurate estimates than CAPES, and the efficiency of the target positioning is improved. Computer simulation shows that the SCAML method performs better than the Capon and the CAPES method in terms of target positioning.
