Abstract

We present analysis of about 200 patient out of 500+ nonthrombotic iliac venous compression interventions to demonstrate that patients symptoms are far ranging that includes cardiovascular (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), pulmonary, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, gynecological, orthopedic, and neurologic manifestations that improve or resolve after intervention. Awareness and inclusion of multisystemic symptoms in evaluating May-Thurner Syndrome patients is paramount in understanding venous diseases.
