Abstract

Intelligent power plants and cyber-physical systems have continued to rise and develop in China, However, the current construction of intelligent power plants is not effective and lacks a corresponding evaluation system and evaluation model. This paper proposes an intelligent power plant maturity evaluation method based on multistage fuzzy analytic hierarchy process evaluation of the cyber-physical system architecture. An intelligent power plant maturity evaluation model with five levels is constructed from the three dimensions of intelligence-value-element. Through group decision-making, the results show that the weight of intelligence is the largest in the three dimensions, which is 0.6267, indicating that the current smart power plant should focus on intelligence as the construction goal. In the CPS of each system level, the weight of operation optimization is the largest: 0.3594, which means that it is the core content of intelligent power plant construction. Through, the case study of 8 coal-fired power plants in a certain region of China, it shows that the CPS maturity evaluation level of operation optimization is generally low, and there is a large room for improvement. The intelligent power plant maturity evaluation method proposed in this article is in line with the actual situation of intelligent power plant construction in my country at this stage and has a certain guiding role in the construction of smart power plants.
