Abstract
When GNSS is not available or navigation performance is severely degraded due to jamming and/or spoofing, other available radio navigation systems can be used in order to have a required navigation performance. Before real-time radio navigation systems are deployed, their operations are checked through an M&S software to save cost and time. When the multi-radio integrated navigation system M&S is configured with independent function modules, it is easy to modify and/or to add other function modules. In this paper, an M&S message broker based software design method is proposed. In the proposed design method, the software is divided into function modules. Messages between function modules are exchanged through a message broker. Each function module can be independently operated due to the message broker. An M&S message broker based software is designed for a multiradio integrated navigation system using the proposed design method. To show feasibility of the proposed design method, an M&S software is implemented for 31 GPS satellites, 7 KPS satellites and 5 eLoran stations. The software is programmed in Visual C++ under the Windows 10 operation system. Performance of the navigation systems is evaluated in the M&S software.
