Abstract

Due to the fast development pace, today’s technology is changing very rapidly. Due to the modern living standard, advanced technology available make human life easy and compatible with less efforts. Similar technology application can be seen to a voice-command-based instruction system sought to be useful in many applications due to its prompt action. Infinite information can be served by a voice signal. In order to get a precise, fast, and accurate automatic voice recognition technology applications, its digital processing play a crucial role. Nowadays, it is being used for health care, data entry, and people with disabilities, transportation, communication, aviation, navigation, defense, IOT-based technologies, and so on. Similarly, the digital signal processes such as feature extraction and feature matching are the latest era of study of voice signal. Summarizing these countless applications of voice signal, this paper reports the application of voice instruction into certain command in a public restaurant or in big hotel/motels reception desk and commercial outlets. Using proposed system, customer(s) can order by voice to waiter or service staff from the seating place or room. This voice order or command is processed by Arduino nanocontroller and displayed it on the appropriate display unit that can read or noted by waiter or service staff and without any waiting of a waiter or service, staff customer(s)/user(s) can get haste-free service or delivery in a sort of time.
