Abstract
Analytic models are constructed for multipoint approximation of hydrodynamic processes in 1D single-phase flow. Analysis of the effect of a model order on its accuracy is carried out in the frequency region. It is shown that an admissible quality of a multipoint model is attained for orders not lower than 10–30, depending on the chosen channel.
