Abstract

Metastasis Prevention In article number 2101472 by Yongjun Liu, Na Zhang, and co-workers, a “roots and seeds” multipoint costriking strategy is proposed to eliminate primary tumors and associated-circulating tumor cells (CTCs). The multipoint costriking nanodevice could specifically capture CTCs, dissociate CTC clusters, block the formation of CTC-neutrophil clusters, and finally kill CTCs and primary tumor cells to prevent metastasis and enhance the therapeutic effect on hepatocellular carcinoma.
