Abstract

From the projectile fragments, emerged from noncentral collisions of 60 AGeV/c 16 O collisions in nuclear emulsion, He nuclei were singled out and followed for their interactions. Multiplicity characteristics of secondary charged particles from 434 inelastic He-emulsion interactions at 60 AGeV/c were compared with the corresponding ones from the same interactions at 2.1 and 4.5 AGeV/c. The multiplicity distribution of shower particles compared with Fermi model predictions, have shown that He-emulsion interaction at 60 AGeV/c can be considered as superposition of nucleon-nucleus and collective He-nucleus collisions. The multiplicity characteristics of grey and black particles are energy independent.
