Abstract
2Spike-timing dependent plasticity (STDP) is recognized as one of the fundamental rules of synaptic plasticity. Multiplicative-STDP is STDP model modified to have realistic synaptic distribution, but little is known about the effect of stimulation against a network, where each synapse obeys multiplicative-STDP. In this report, we confirmed that the effect of tetanic stimuli is pathway specific as reported in previous study about cultured cortical neuronal networks. This result implies multiplicative-STDP network preserve several features of network-level plasticity in vitro.
