Abstract

A woman in her 50 s presented with progressive asymptomatic papules on her face, trunk and extremities of 2 years duration. She had dysphagia, significant weight loss and had been operated on for carpal tunnel syndrome. Biopsy showed deposition of amorphous eosinophilic material in the dermis that was highlighted by Congo red stain.
