Abstract

Algorithms are shown for the interpretation and evaluation of multiple wavelength differential absorption lidar data for cases when only limited information is available about the molecular components present prior to the measurement. Experimental data are modeled by computer simulation of measurement, errors and reliability of the measurements are studied. Realistic limits of the differential absorption measurements are determined.
