Abstract
(Abstracted from Hum Reprod 2020;35(11):2488–2496) Despite advances in preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), inconclusive diagnoses following aneuploidy screening, chromosomal rearrangement, or monogenic testing do occur regularly. With PGT these days shifting toward more and more trophectoderm (TE) biopsy, test failures inevitably involve a second round of biopsy and blastocyst vitrification.
