Abstract
The possibility of appearance of multiple echo signals with two or three quanta excitation in nuclear spin systems is theoretically investigated. It is clear that the time of appearance of echo signals, their modulation and other properties are completely determined by the features of quadrupole splitting of the spin system levels. This study shows experimental conditions in which multiquantum transitions could be observed.
