Ключові слова: доброякісні пухлини, рабдоміома, новонароджені, порушення ритму, діагностика. У статті наведено клінічний випадок дитини з множинними рабдоміомами серця, що супроводжувалося порушенням ритму серця. Рабдоміома - найбільш доброякісна первинна пухлина серця. Такі утворення можуть спостерігатись у вигляді одного вузла або множинних утворень, які переважно локалізуються у шлуночках, рідше в передсердях. При інтрамуральному рості виникають різноманітні порушення ритму серця та провідності.
