Abstract
Methods and procedures are considered for calculating the parameters of SPICE models for electronic devices on the basis of multiple-response regression models. Expressions are given for the estimators of the parameters and the covariance matrices of them. Recommendations are made on experiment planning and on the method of selecting the initial parameter approximations. The method is used in a two-response regression model for a bipolar transistor.
