Abstract

Sperm concentration and sperm motility are essential indicators for evaluating male reproductive health and sperm fertilization ability. As the quality of male sperm decreases year by year, people put forward higher requirements for semen quality analysis. The efficiency and accuracy of traditional manual observation and analysis methods have long been unable to meet the needs of hospitals. Compared with manual analysis, the computer-assisted semen analysis system has faster analysis speed and higher accuracy, reducing the subjectivity of diagnosis and the burden on doctors. According to the comparative experimental results, the difference rate between the method studied in this paper and the hospital inspection results is within an acceptable range. The analysis data obtained can effectively reflect sperm activity, an important reference value for auxiliary diagnosis.
