Abstract
Multiple myeloma was diagnosed in a 21-year-old male jaguar and was confirmed by protein electrophoresis. At necropsy, the right adrenal was replaced by an ovoid mass and the liver had numerous multifocal circumscribed metastases on external and cut surfaces. Microscopic examination of the mass revealed an adrenal cortical adenocarcinoma and a medullary phaeochromocytoma. The occurrence of 3 relatively rare neoplasms in the same animal is notable. In addition, the presence of 2 primary neoplasms in one tissue is rare.
