Abstract
目的 探讨多发性骨髓瘤（MM）皮肤浸润患者的临床特点、诊断、治疗和预后。 方法 回顾性分析1例发生皮肤浸润的MM患者的临床资料并复习相关文献。 结果 该MM患者皮肤浸润以全身斑疹、血疱、脓疱为临床特征，诊断需与过敏性皮炎、病毒性皮炎、脂膜炎样淋巴瘤相鉴别。患者使用VATD和RCD方案化疗效果差，病情未得到控制，最终死亡。 结论 MM患者发生皮肤浸润较少见，临床特征不明显，以皮肤病理活组织检查为确诊依据，常规治疗效果不佳，预后差。
