Abstract

AbstractMultiple myeloma, also known as plasma cell myeloma, is a cancer of plasma cells, a type of white blood cell normally responsible for producing antibodies. Multiple myeloma is associated with hyperviscosity of the blood depending on the properties of the para-protein. Here we are reporting a case of multiple myeloma presented with a cute coronary syndrome with Troponin T positive with regional wall motion abnormality but with normal coronaries.
