Abstract

Multiple Modes Response of Co-Aperture 2D/1D Phototransistors In article number 2102568, Changlong Liu, Lin Wang, Xuetao Gan, Xiaoshuang Chen, and co-workers engineer the architecture of 2D/1D co-aperture phototransistors by using graphene/Bi2Te3 Dirac material and InAs nanowire for operation as in-situ terahertz detectors at room temperature by selectively activating detection dynamics with a compact, tunable, multiple modes, and selective polarization detection abilities through integration advantages of various materials, ingenious photonic design, and compatibility mechanisms.
