Abstract
Impaction of tooth is common now days due to the shortening of jaw and changing food habits of human beings. Shortening of jaw and decrease in size of tooth is an evolutionary process but impaction of multiple teeth in anterior esthetic zone is quite rare and usually found in syndromic patient.
