Abstract

An 87-year-old Chinese man presented with a 5-year history of multiple scaly, reddish-brown hyperkeratotic papules 1–5 mm in diameter on the dorsal feet and lower legs. Dermoscopic examination under polarized light displayed an erythematous-brownish background and white scales. A biopsy specimen demonstrated hyperkeratosis, focal epidermal atrophy, slight perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate and pigment incontinence in the superficial dermis.
