Abstract

Individuals in a Group Decision Making (GDM) may have different perception, motivation, and personality that results in different influence on the final decision. Hence, numerous researches have been done in assigning the assessment weight of Decision Maker (DM) in a GDM. Ideally, the higher the level of decision maker’s expertise, the higher weight is assigned. This research focuses on the application of GDM process in determining the flagship industry ranking. In order to obtain the assessment weight of each DM, this research proposes an integrated weight that is a combination of subjective weighting in the form of Multiplicative Analytic Hierarchical Process (Multiplicative AHP) and objective weighting in the form of Cochran-Weiss-Shanteau Ratio (CWS Ratio) and Additive Consistency of Fuzzy Preference Relations (FPR). Since multiple criteria are considered in assigning the ranking, the problem becomes Multiple Criteria Group Decision making (MCGDM).
