Abstract

A 59-year-old man was admitted to the medical ward with multiple annular erythematous plaques and polyarthralgia of several months’ duration. His medical history included low-grade stage IIA follicular lymphoma diagnosed 6 months prior to presentation, substance abuse with opiates and cocaine, coronary artery disease, ascending aortic aneurysm, and chronic lower back pain.
